Today Evan is a top-producing broker who's worked in the residential arena for the past ten years. He previously served as president of a commercial sales company, where he bought and sold hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate. With extensive experience in sales, rentals and management, Evan has been involved in every aspect of real estate, and provides comprehensive service to his clients.

Evan's mission is to create value utilizing the most unique and innovative strategies. His expertise in negotiating, understanding of location values, and ability to navigate the process arm him with the know-how to get every client the very best deals possible. Plus, his personal connections to mortgage banks, appraisers, attorneys and other partners further helps him streamline transactions, and results in both favorable treatment and pricing for his clients.

Born and raised on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, Evan knows every neighborhood of the city in great detail. Educated in Business at Boston University, he has finely-tuned skills in sales, marketing and management. Outside of work, traveling, running and technology are among his eclectic hobbies.
